DCES is equipped with Office for consulting and class room facilities for online and indoor training programs. It Is situated in the Industrial & residential area near Ramakrishna mills , Sathy Road ,Ganapathy, Coimbatore. It is nearly 7.5Km from Airport and 8km from Railway station and easily accessible from Sathy road.

Tooling concept and full shot layout can be provided based on the customer requirements and casting Geometry
Die-casting process Parameters settings can be designed based on the tool parameters, Machine data and casting geometry.

Productivity improvement can be done by train the PDC personnel for cycle time reduction, rejection control, and planning,etc.
We can support the die casters for trouble shooting casting defects by analyzing input parameters of casting, tooling, process and machine and providing inputs to correct the mistakes.
Online and Onsite training can be provided to die casting personnel.
